Project leadership
Dustin Harrington grew up in Fort Worth and has spent 17 years in the plumbing and mechanical trade , a career that started right out of high school in 2009. His father had over 40 years in the trade.
Ten of those years were spent in supervision at some of the most respected mechanical contractors in the country , Century Mechanical, Brandt Companies, Dynamic Systems, and Southland Industries. On projects ranging from hospitals and high-rises to universities and large commercial builds, Dustin served as a plumbing and MEP superintendent, overseeing crews, coordinating trades, reviewing submittals, and holding quality to the highest standard.
Today, Dustin works alongside Linbeck Group , one of the most respected general contractors in the country, as their lead plumbing and mechanical representative on the Cook Children’s Hospital campus in Fort Worth. That partnership goes beyond the jobsite. Linbeck invested in Dustin's Responsible Master Plumber license, his Master Medical Gas Endorsement, and his BPAT backflow certification. Together they are building a long-term working relationship around those capabilities. A credential like that is earned, not bought.
Harrington Plumbing & Mechanical was built on that foundation. Every job is run turn-key, strictly by the project documents, with Dustin’s name on the line.
